RETURN POLICY
For most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please do so by contacting us by e-mail or by telephone. We will need to get some information. Further Specific instructions will be given within approximately 1-5 business days. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS (OR ADDITIONAL FEES/DELAYS MAY OCCUR).

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc.) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns may incur a $50.00 penalty fee, and may not necessarily be re-stocked. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

All damaged, missing or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 36 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
